1. Notice before Departure:
The day before your tour departure, your tour guide will call your hotel room to inform you of your departure time before 9:00pm that evening. Alternatively, the tour guide will leave a message for you if you are not in your hotel. If you have not received any contact from your guide, you can call our tour manager emergency number to confirm your time.

He handled all the logistics perfectly, ensuring smooth transitions between attractions, shows, and dining. His knowledge of the park was impressive—he knew the best times to visit each ride to avoid long lines and made great recommendations. 5.00Excellent experience with great customer service! We were picked up on time in our hotel lobby and greeted with a very friendly tour guide. We were then transferred to Shanghai Disneyland where we we were were given our entry tickets and escorted to the park main entry gate where the guide assisted us to insure we entered the park without any problems. We agreed in a pick up time and location which the tour guide was kind enough to allow us a pick up time 45 minutes after park closure to allow some shopping time on Mickey Avenue and World Disney store. When the pick up time came, we were picked up on time and transferred back to our hotel in a timely manner. Overall an unforgettable experience!

5.00Tour guide was very friendly and the pick up drop off was very punctual, we had a great time, Jason’s team have managed our day very well, no hassle at all. I will definitely contact Jason again next time I’m in Shanghai, and would recommend to others!

4.00It is an hour drive one way from the International Cruise port so it was important for me to be there and back in a timely manner. Immigration delayed getting off on time so it cut into my tour time. This park is built to handle much bigger crowds than any of the other Disney parks. Queue times are long. Prices of goods, same as USA. Glad I've now been to every Disneyland in the world!
