1.00First, our time was pushed back 2 hours without communication. There was no contact of information so had to call customer service. Person we “found” only spoke Spanish and told us know three times. Only after we spoke spoke, she then said she found our name. The tour guide was an absolute joke. She did not know how to use the headpiece and we could not hear. She was slow and not informative. After 30 minutes, we left and went on our own. USE ANOTHER VENDOR!

3.00Our guide was great! Very informative, good pace and made sure we saw the highlights. We purchased a small group tour with 10 or less (we were 3). Ended up being a group of 20+. Check in was confusing. Directions said look for a flag with a generic company name. There are a million flags for tour groups. When we finally found our group, the person checking us in did not speak English or French, but Spanish, which is fine, but made check in even more difficult until we found a way to communicate.

1.00Tour guide was brusque from the initial introduction until the end She was difficult to hear and understand. She explained that she was assigned this tour last minute and that was obvious. We had 18 or 19 participants and 3 walked away 15 minutes into the tour and 2 more soon after that. My adult children were asking to just see it on our own after so many times of not hearing her well or her getting a little aggressive in party that was talking amongst themselves. I do feel like I would had seen more on my own and would not recommend this tour
