  The experience had the lagoon was fantastic however, getting there was another issue. It would’ve been rainy a picture of the bus stop we were supposed to be at because there were two close together. Our bus was over 30 minutes late and little communication about the tour guide. The drivers were a but dismissive of our questions( for instance what bus we would need to get on to go back) and seemed annoyed that we were asking question a. When we returned they told is to wait to get on the bus, called the company and then told is they couldn’t stop us where we got on. The next stop was a very short walk and even with the above min or hiccups, I would do it a gain.

  An amazing way to start our visit to Iceland. Left so relaxed, refreshed and renewed. Didn’t want to leave.

  We did this experience the day after a day tour. This was a great way to relax and unwind. Highly recommend this experience 👌

  Great experience overall as we went late afternoon and it was less crowded. Loved the seven step ritual and the over 14 years rule makes it a more adult experience. But one slight annoyance - others obsessions with their phones. Be warned! If you don’t like being videoed! Included phones being used in changing rooms where you are changing in front of everyone. I cant say I care but I can see this being an issue for some and would rather warn you. There are private facilities at an extra cost! Cocktails around £16 but soft drinks much cheaper. Really enjoyed it.

  Transfers to and from were well organised and prompt. A superb place. Greeted by friendly staff. Clean, modern changing rooms with everything you needed. We used the Saman area and there was no issue at all with public space. Hairdryers, shampoo and towels on hand. The ritual experience was lovely and the thermal pool was wonderful. Sadly didn’t see any seals but the whole experience completed our short break away, superbly. Thank you.
