5.00You have to take a shower and wash your hair before you go in. It was easiest to wear my bathing suit under my clothes. This way it didn’t matter if it got wet when I had to hang it up in the shower.

3.00It was a little confusing in the dressing rooms and then where to go…it wasn’t a bad excursion, I just think it wasn’t for us…it was nice and the water felt nice but I would t do it again. I think it just has to be your thing.
Could not get refund with cancellation 24 hours in advance

1.00Due to inclement weather and the airport in Chicago shuttling down several hours, we missed our flight to Reykjavik. Our agent could not get us on a flight until the day of our reservation. I immediately let Viator know and cancelled and asked for refund. I was told that was not their policy. I thought I saw on the internet that refund made if cancelled 24 hours ahead which I did.
