The Golden Circle and the Blue Lagoon are the two most popular sights to visit in Iceland. Your first stop is at the Thingvellir National Park, the UNESCO listed World Heritage Site. This is where the American and Eurasian tectonic plates meet, which allows you the unique feeling of having one foot in each world. Next destination is the famous Geysir Hot Spring. Watch Strokkur erupt every few minutes up to 30 meters high. Here you can buy a lunch during the stop. Gullfoss the Golden Waterfall is next and will amaze you with its beauty and raw power. Adding even more, you will visit the Kerid Volcanic Crater before heading off the Blue Lagoon for a relaxing end to a great day.

Walter was a fun and knowledgeable tour guide. He kept the energy levels high all day and ran a really good tour. Every location and experience in this tour was fantastic! It’s a full day but the pace was just right. Highly recommend.

This tour was amazing! 11 hours altogether and loved every bit of it! Our guide was Walter and he was the best we could ask for, so informative but also very funny and happy to help when he can. The blue lagoon was my favourite part but seeing all the natural beauty in Iceland was also very special. Would 100% recommend!

Walking boots are needed, take a few snacks as it’s a long tour and a water proof phone case. Tour Approx 12 hours. Really good tour, lots to see and experience, local tour guide who knows the history and area. Lovely locations, good facilities and excellent organisation. Almost every location has a toilet apart from The crater. Worth the money !
