5.00I had a great driver Orlando who took me to my hotel. A great guide that walked me to the bus and turned on the air when I got too hot. They both help me.

5.00We were made aware of upcharge because of insufficient numbers but did not appreciate it when they got 2 more passengers. That was extra 40%. $140. That should have been waived. The tour itself was great. Jose was great and attentive.

5.00Unfortunately, because of the flash floods up in the mountains, we were unable to swim in the waterfall. However, Livingston, our guide went out of his way to make our Plan B just as fun and memorable, and took us to a river to swim in. He also delivered and we got to get up close and personal with a baby sloth! If you do this in the rainy season, be prepared to get very wet and bring a rain jacket. Would highly recommend for all ages. We had a great day.

5.00Wonderful! The tour guides in the rainforest were amazing. They used our cell phones to take pictures that look like they belong in National Geographic. Our favorite experience of the trip.
