5.00Had a fantastic time! Learns a lot of trivia about Central America, including a spirited debate about which continent it belongs to! The coffee and chocolate tour was informative and fun, the sloths (and other assorted creatures) were adorable and plentiful (shoutout to Stephanie for her amazing anima spotting and photography), lunch was delicious and filling, and the waterfall was beautiful and refreshing. Guides Rudy and Emmanuel were fantastic and entertaining (ok Emmanuel was more of the strong silent type but very pleasant), and it was well worth the time and cost. I’d go on an excursion with them again anytime!

5.00This was a great experience and we were very happy we booked it! Our guide Rudy and driver Orlando were fantastic and really made the whole day that much more enjoyable. We got to experience wildlife that we hadn’t yet seen on our trip, got to be 4 feet away from a baby sloth napping in a tree! We also loved the coffee and chocolate farm, it was fun to learn about and have some treats at the end of it.

5.00We had a very full and special day in the rainforest. Carlos got us to the waterfall early enough to be first to enjoy the beautiful views and even a quick swim in the warm water. Next stop was to the nature walk. Our guide there was very knowledgeable and he was able to show us so many different inhabitants including the red eyed frog, eyelash snake and of course adorable sloths, even a baby! We then learned about Costa Rica’s amazing coffee and chocolate. We made our own fresh ground coffee made the traditional way and hot chocolate as well. We finished our day with the most delicious fresh tilapia. Carlos was full of information and we learned so much about this amazing country. Highly recommend this tour company, thank you for a great day!

5.00Both gentlemen Rolando and Rudy made this experience more than I expected. It was a wonderful day full of information and l laughter. We learn about Costa Rica culture, food and export of coffee, and fruits.
Highly Recommend…You will NOT be disappointed.

5.00Our tour guides and driver Orlando & Rudy were absolutely incredible. They accompanied 18 female veterans from sunset to sundown for the Sloths, Chocolate & Coffee tour. Of course we saw so much more (monkeys, various birds, waterfall, tour around town, met locals, etc.) and they were very knowledgeable. The overall experience was like no other. I highly recommend them for your next trip.

5.00This experience exceeded my expectations! It was awesome and I’m so glad I booked this tour. Gino was lovely, all the locals and tour guides were knowledgeable and I felt safe everywhere we went. We saw multiple toucans, sloths, frogs, snakes and each stop was a lot of fun. If and when I come back, I’m definitely booking another tour with this group. Thank you so much!!

5.00Had a fantastic time with Rudi as our guide and Orlando as our driver. Both were brilliant and friendly went the extra mile to make keep us informed. The waterfall was beautiful, the rainforest tour was the real highlight and we were lucky enough to see sloths up close as well as a whole host of other wildlife, then the coffee and chocolate tour which was brilliant. The only downside was the long drive but that’s the side effect of staying in Tamarindo!

5.00Rudy was a great tour guide!! He made a point to remember all of our names and kept us engaged as we drove from excursion to excursion. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining facts about Costa Rica along the way. Our driver, Orlando, who worked alongside Rudy, was very safe in his driving skills at all times - which is also important to me when you’re in another country, putting your life in someone else’s hands so thank you Orlando! But Rudy was fun, had a great personality & so eager to share his knowledge. The tour itself was great – we got to see a couple sloths immediately, which was the highlight for me! My husband and I didn’t come prepared with a rain jacket so I do recommend you bring one, but luckily Rudy had a couple extra ponchos with him just in case! I also recommend you bring a change of clothes if you plan on going in the water at the waterfall stop. This way you’re not in a wet bathing suit for the remainder of the tour. Last, but not least, it was my husband’s birthday the day we did the tour so Rudy must’ve called ahead to one of our stops once he learned this to tell them as they had a cake for him at the end of that tour!. So thank you Rudy & Orlando for going above and beyond to make an already special experience that much better! We appreciate you!
