  We stayed at the Shangri-La hotel, there we had mixed feelings about the service, yet our highlight of the trip was Sam and how he took care of our 3 families group across our stay in Sri Lanka. We started small with a safari plan, yet then everything else we organised through him and had a great stay thanks to his guidance and care across the island. Even when my wife forgot her wallet in another restaurant, he took the late evening, an additional 2h trip to get it back to us. His service price was very reasonable, also when I asked a tuk-tuk driver directly for a bridge visit & after he did the negotiations, the price difference was 3-fold. So great vibe, nice & new comfortable car for long trips, and he managed to create nice memories for our 3 families with small kids group during our Holiday here.

  Lots of wildlife seen just driving in the Hambantota area with the guide pointing out peacocks monkeys monitor lizards water buffalo crocodiles took us to the fishing boats who had just hauled in their catch of the day

  This company new he had people coming at another time and did not inform the other group. We sat in a van for 2 hours because Viator had a time of 9 and Trip Advisor s time was 7. We did not see everything on the list either. Would not recommend this tour company

  I just wanted you to know that this company booked on Viator as well on a different time than trip advisor. 4 of us had to sit in a car for 2 hours waiting for the others to come that was scheduled for 9 on viator, ours was at 7 through trip advisor. They did not take us to the Salt Factory or to the museum. This is no reflection on the driver or the guide they did the best they could. They knew full well what the company did. I want a refund on the this excursion. Very deceitful and I would not recommend this tour company

  4 adults & lap child in a clean van, cold AC, good driver. English-speaking guide, a bit deficient in history. Bottled water. Saw fishermen drying sardines, fish market, produce market, tsunami beach, folk museum, lighthouse, hangman’s pointe, Buddhist temple, salt ponds, a croc, sweet shop, banana stand. But at the end, they stopped again at the tsunami beach & rode around the museum area. It would have been better to ask if we wanted to return to ship. Overall, good.

  Our guide & driver were excellent! We learned a lot about Sri Lanka & Hambantota. Our guide gave us many insights into life in Hambantota.
