5.00This tour was a great way to learn about Singapore's history and heritage. Linda was an amazing guide and showed us around Clarke Quay, Boat Quay, the riverfront, and we got to see the light show in front of Marina Bay Sands. The food was excellent and a great way to sample dishes from different cultures. Would highly recommend this tour!

4.00This tour was excellent but not exactly the food tour I was expecting. I thought this would be a food tour with a local helping us choose what hawker to eat from. It was this but with many hours of walking tour with historical facts without food mixed in. I appreciated all I learned on the tour but want to warn guests this is not the “come hungry eat the whole time” tour I thought I was signing up for. We were very hungry for the over an hour we walked the city with no food because we arrived ready to eat.

5.00Ping was great! Her knowledge about Singaporean history, the landmarks, and her personal family history with Singapore truly added a personal touch to the tour. I'd highly recommend her for her professionalism, friendliness, and information about all things in Singapore. She and her helper were well prepared for our group of 12. We visited 3 places and tried a wide variety of food. It was well worth the time and money spent. Highly recommend doing this tour. Can't imagine doing this with a group bigger than 12.

5.00This was such an excellent tour! Our guide, Ping, is from the area and had lots of family stories to share going back to WWII. Her stories really enlivened the history. The food was excellent, but the history walk around the food really made the tour. In addition to the history we also got a log of insights about the life and culture of Singapore today. 5 stars. Absolutely recommend.
