1.00Unfortunately I booked this trip twice by mistake. When I arrived at what we thought was the meeting it, we were informed it was the wrong place, as we committed the number 4 from the address. If booking this trip makes sure you add 4 to Google maps. in the end we lost £154.00 as the company refused to refund us, it was such a upsetting experience.
Underwhelming, just take a walk around the area instead

1.00Underwhelming, there’s not a lot to see on the short ride - mostly just canal walls, houses and some industrial buildings. No explanations from the crew, just a QR code to scan where one can get access to an online guide, which didn’t work on my phone. Just take a walk around navigli.

5.00A lovely experience on a wonderfully warm and sunny evening. This was not a guided tour which was fine, snacks and drinks were available. Photos were also incredible. Hosts were polite and accommodating.

1.00Because of a canceled subway train and misdirection by google maps we arrived well after the appointed time. Though the boat captain tried to seat us the next tour was filled. The designated bar refused to give us our free drinks and Viator didn't give us our $13.00 credit on the cost of the trip so it was a complete disaster. Not the best experience though I am first to admit some of it was our fault
