2.00Check-in was not organized, and boat staff was barely friendly at best. Said drinks were included with a green check if an option was picked, but it didn’t show you if the option was picked.

1.00Not worth it! The staff is unfriendly with no interaction to make it a unique experience. The food/drink combo is a joke. The wine was horrible and the food was yesterday’s left overs. A waste of money!!! If considering, do yourself a favor and pass. Take a walk instead.

2.00The journey took only 41 minutes instead of the announced 50-60 minutes. It just went straight out and briefly into a turning hammer. The prestigious buildings were consistently unspectacular. The tour was only available through headphones. If you didn't know this before and didn't have one with you, you unfortunately didn't get told anything. Overall, we didn't really see anything from Milan.
