What To Expect

Savoca

After being welcomed by our Guide in your hotel we will head in the direction of Savoca crossing two small villages Sant Alessio and Santa Teresa, we will reach Savoca. This very small town full of treasures will offer and welcome us the Vitelli bar where several scenes of FF Coppola's The Godfather were filmed, the bar is submerged with photos that speak of the film, after we will head towards the church of Santa Lucia to visit where the wedding between Appolonia and Michael Corleone took place... We will still see, we will visit the Capuchin crypt which houses several mummies in a small catacomb.

Forza d'Agro

Moving from Savoca we reach Forza d'agro' also this city was incorporated in the film the Godfather, just think that we find this city "scenic" in all three films. The city will welcome us with its recent history linked to the Godfather film itself, we will also have the opportunity to review all the scenes that were filmed in Forza d'Agrò. Possibility to visit the chocolate museum and/or have dinner NOT included in the price

Just returned from our tour with Marcello. If you’re lucky enough to have Marcello as your guide, you will have a day full of history facts, movie facts and bits of trivia. Marcello is an attentive guide and very knowledgeable. We had a great time and would recommend it to anyone who loves the Godfather trilogy.

Marcelo the guide was very knowledgeable about the movies kept the tour very funny and interesting. It was great seeing all the places that were in the movie especially the Bar Vitelli - also surprises in the tour I don’t want to spoil! If you like The Godfather movies you will love this tour

We did the Godfather tour with 2 other friends.We all,agreed that it was a great experience which was made better by our guide,Marcello,who was absolutely brilliant.Marcello’s knowledge of the subject was first class and his infectious personality really made our day.

If you are a Godfather enthusiast this trip is a great way to relive the films. Marcello our guide really knew the details and helped bring the movies back to life with his knowledge, humour and little anecdotes which made the experience good fun. The views from the mountains are absolutely stunning, Savoca, the church’s and bar Vatelli are beautiful. There are many great photo opportunities and It is also a great way to see some of the villages and countryside of Sicily. A very enjoyable tour!!
