4.00The London Eye is what it is, and what it is, is a solid tourist activity that you should do at least once. I've done it twice. I would do it again. Both times I've been, the view has felt different dependant on the weather and what activities are going on around. Unlike nearby tourist traps, the Eye doesn't cram each car needlessly full but just the right amount so the queue isn't too long but you have enough space to breathe in the cars. The sights are incredible and you see something different to London you've never seen before. It's so memorable and striking. Amazing and if you're 50/50 about it, I'd say go do it! You might be thinking 'it's just a view' - honestly, it makes London sing in a way you've not seen before.

5.00We bought the timed tickets on a holiday evening and the view of London and all the Christmas lights was great. The narrator was very informative too. Traffic was so heavy that evening it took us an hour and a half to get there from Chelsea so we missed our original time slot but the operators were great about adjusting the time and we got on within about 10 minutes. It was more expensive but very worth it.

5.00Really enjoyed the London Eye. The queue was long to get on but it actually went down fast. There was about 12 of us in the car. It took approx 30 mins to go around. The views at the top were amazing. We had actually just been up the Shard the night before and we preferred the views from the Eye. Would recommend this. We purchased tickets through the toot-bus and it was worth it.

5.00London Eye is a must-do if you are visiting London for the first time or if your previous visit is a bit longer. Even though we had chosen a standard ticket and not the fast-track, it took us about fifteen minutes to queue. Nice savings, then. It is also useful that you can adjust your timeslot up to 6 times, which we have done (1x). The capsules are not stuffed, so there is plenty of room to walk through the capsule or sit down on the central bank once. A gentleman with a pleasant voice tells you about the main sights, which is also nice.
