  Zero stars, booked the Harry Potter experience private car pickup….. take the train or just uber it, cheaper and way easier. You would expect to be able to be picked up early, called and they said they would be able to be there in 20 minutes…. Over 2 hours later they came while we waited outside in the cold calling them wondering where the car was…. Was told there was more traffic than expected when the lady arrived she had no clue that she was suppose to be there earlier. Total waste of money and time

  Bus broke down before leaving pick up point. We had to take an uber. To Harry Potter. No response from Viator to refund us.

  The experience was great. We were traveled on double decker. If you take seats upstares on the first seats, it will the great experience to observe city on the way. The studio is amazing and you are a Harry Potter fan, it is a must to visit.

  Loved the studio. I felt the transportation could have been more organized. Yes, the weather was bad - rain and wind. But no organization of the queue, and it took long and was late on the way back Led to folks more annoyed and rained on than they needed to be. The entire group stood in the wind and rain. I think you could do better even from the start. At thr start, the waiting area was horribly warm and so everyone waited outside, then everyone at once rushed to get on. Seats terribly uncomfortable - no luxury about it. I think I'd take the train on my own next time - but at my booking this was the best way to get in. I also saw a couple of people as about other tours Evan Evans provided- and the representative couldnt give any information. Thats lost business too. Overall it was fine. But it would be so much easier to be better.

  Harry Potter studios were fantastic, we were a bit disapoinnted with bus, it was freezing and no harry potter movie was playing when on the trip as was in description which kids were looking forward to. however we did get the harry potter movie on the free shuttle bus on the way back I would advise to get there early there was mix up with our tickets so we joined the q later so we could not sit together THE BUS Staff and admin in Evans were lovely to deal , but the SUPERIOR BUS was not worth it

  The Harry Potter exhibit was well worth it, amazing in its details and friendly staff. Would I recommend this “tour” though? Definitely not. There was no actual tour guide, it’s just a glorified, expensive taxi to the actual site. They were more concerned with joking with one another than to actually chat with us. They also departed over ten minutes late which ate into the already shortened time you get at the exhibit. They were additionally late coming back. There’s no reason to use this unless you want a non-public transit ride.

  We traveled from the USA to London, and while this wasn't the only reason for our trip, the Studio Tour was a super significant highlight we were really looking forward to. Unfortunately, the transportation organization was extremely disappointing and dampened the whole experience. To give you an idea of the actual timeline: - Departed: ~9:06 AM (left late) - Arrived at Studios: 10:08 AM - The Delay: Instead of heading in, we were made to sit on the bus until 10:36 AM while the guide retrieved tickets and handed them out one by one. - Entry: By the time we finally cleared security, we didn't get inside until 11:00 AM. Since we were strictly told to be back at the bus by 2:40 PM for a 2:50 PM departure, the entire experience was incredibly rushed. We had to speed-walk through the exhibits just to ensure we didn't miss the ride back. The saddest part was that due to this time crunch, we missed out on having Butterbeer entirely. We also couldn't shop for souvenirs properly; we just grabbed 1-2 random items in a panic on our way out. If you book this, please be aware that due to their inefficiency, you may have much less time in the studios than you expect.

  The transport is just that - transport. The bus looks great on the outside but there was no greeting once on board, no instructions aside from a brief word from the lovely receptionist that gave us our admission bracelets. Pay close attention as, if you spend too much time in the exhibit, you’ll miss your ride home. They didn’t play any Harry Potter movies on the many screens inside the bus. The tour itself is very well done and interesting but the money-grab is incredible. By the end (kids wanting a wand and everything in sight) it’s easily an extra 200-300$USD on top of the already pricey tour tickets. Wallets beware.

  Transportation was fine but saw other buses that looked much better. The time allocated wasn’t sufficient at all to see everything so we didn’t even got in the bus back. Love the studios but you can find better in terms of transportation.

• A magical day

  We booked this deluxe tour for my daughter’s birthday. We’re die-hard fans. Read all the books, seen all the movies. We were so glad we had a super fan as a guide. Benji really came alive when he explained everything. We learned a tremendous amount, and we’ll definitely keep that in mind during our next HP-marathon. Definitely worth a visit!
