4.00That they need to buy their tickets for the castle stifling and to ride on the Falkirk wheel. It was not included in the tour.

3.00There were four of us. (Adults). We were picked up in a small sedan and had to experience an uncomfortable ride through the whole tour. Our expectation was for a guided tour but instead it felt like an Uber or Lift. We were told we would picked up by a man named David who would was 6'2", bald and wearing a Kilt. That was not the person who arrived.

5.00Loved seeing the Kelpies and the water wheel. Stirling Castle was difficult to walk around because of slippery, sloped walkways (I walk with a cane).

4.00We booked this trip 2 months ahead but were told 2 days before it that there would be a £30 to pickup from the port that we specified at the time of booking (which I questioned Viator about at the time of booking and they said it would be fine), so we were disappointed to have that surcharge sprung on us. As someone else said, it was more like being in an Uber rather than a private guided tour. Apart from that, it was great to have the privacy of a car with our 2 kids so that we could say how long we wanted to be at each stop for.
