3.00The house itself was very interesting. However, this “service” is nothing more that a glorified scalper. My tickets were not sent to me until 20 minutes before our scheduled entry. If you can plan ahead and book your tickets directly with the Frida Kahlo museum do that. This “deal” is more than double the actual entry with no real added value.
Don't trust Viator. They ripped me off

1.00Don't use Viator. Complete ripoff. Bought the tickets online. Traveled 25hrs to Mexico City from New Zealand. Tickets not avaliable until the day before visiting the museo. Could not download the tickets from the Viator website. Tried contacting the tour company and Viator but no reply. Only managed to get a response from Viator when we were turned away at the door - even though I have the purchase confirmation on my phone. Viator takes no responsibility even though it is their website which didn't work for the tickets and they would not take up the case with the tour operator. Now I am out of pocket even though I did everything right. A waste of merry food the Uber there and back as well as the tickets. I have documented proof to back up my story. Don't use Viator. Don't trust them. I will be putting up a YouTube clip warning everyone not to use them. I am also sickening this feedback as I don't believe it will be posted.
