During this activity, you will learn about the Japanese tradition of Daruma and its cultural significance. You will then have the chance to decorate your own Daruma, choosing colors, patterns, and designs that reflect your personal goals or wishes. This hands-on experience allows you to engage creatively while learning about a unique aspect of Japanese culture. At the end, you can take home your personalized Daruma as a keepsake, making a meaningful memory of your time in Japan. The size of the daruma you will receive in this experience is approximately 10 cm in height and 9 cm in width. If you would like a larger size, please let our staff know on site.

Fun little thing to do in Tokyo. First some history then you make your own Daruma doll. Hole family think it was a great hour. And a nice little break from "Tokyo" 👍

Fun experience to design your very own Daruma. It was hard to copy the original design but I love the one I designed my own. So it’s all great.
