Our English speaking driver Hayashi was knowledgeable, personable, and attentive to our desires as he picked us up from our cruise ship and toured Tokyo on our way to the airport, leaving late that day. A very good way to close a wonderful trip.

Our tour guide, Kane, was very informative & accommodating. My husband & I had only one day to tour in Tokyo & Kane showed us all the places we were interested in. Kane spoke very good English. I would definitely recommend him.

We had such an amazing time in Tokyo! It was our first visit, and I would highly recommend this private driving tour to anyone looking to explore the city comfortably and efficiently. Our private driver and guide, Jason, was absolutely fantastic. It was just my husband and me, and from the moment he arrived—right on time—we knew we were in good hands. The vehicle was spotless and very comfortable, and Jason’s professionalism was evident throughout the entire tour. He was incredibly knowledgeable, sharing interesting historical facts and details about each location we visited. His explanations added so much depth to our experience. He was also very patient and made us feel completely at ease throughout the day. And as a bonus—he’s an excellent photographer! 😄 He helped us capture beautiful memories that we’ll cherish forever.

You'll like this tour. Our guy Jason was an outstanding driver and guide on this tour. Jason speaks very good English! You did not have to struggle to understand him (he's not Japanese, he's Uzbek). He has knowledge of each tour location and history of Tokyo and Japan that definitely enhanced the tour. There is a stock list of locations to visit, but if you don't want to go one of two of them, you don't have to go. But if you want to switch up the tour a little, he will try and fit it in. Although the listing says this is a driving tour, there is a "little bit" of walking involved. Walking is necessary to see Senso-ji Temple. It is on a long street with vendors and a LOT of people. It's worth the walk. The Meiji Jingu Shrine is a walk through woods in the middle of the city. The Shrine is beautiful and the walk isn't difficult or that long. Jason will walk you with you out there and back on both walking locations. This tour is in a comfortable van with comfortable seats.

Jason was an amazing guide with a comfortable car for 5 tall people. The kids were glad to have a break from walking everywhere and seeing the sights above ground gave us an appreciation for what Tokyo looked like. Jason was totally flexible so when the kids wanted to change visiting a shrine and instead see a giant transformer it was no problem. Nice for me to sit back and relax without navigating!
