Kind of neat - a real treat. Going up - don’t need the feet. And if you squint real hard… you might even see the street. And (drumroll please) the view can’t be beat!

The views are spectacular. Easy access And also has an aquarium. Buy tickets for both plataforms, upper one was better views

My info said we had deck and galleria but I had to pay extra at the venue to do both decks Not sure what happened

The provider doesn’t issue the normal Viator ticket ( which you can add to your Apple wallet ) instead they request you print it out. The PDF I had on my phone wasn’t accepted, initially but the staff there but they were understanding and helpful and allowed me entry. I just feel the ticket issue process could have been better, from the provider. As all my previous Viator tours have been. That having been said, the experience of my visit to the Tokyo Sky Tower was very enjoyable and well worth a visit.

Unfortunately we couldn't get the tickets downloaded. We were cut to Apple mail but we don't have Apple mail. The service staff could do little for us and we had to buy tickets on Iris. Helpdesk Viator was just reached. Bad experience. Poor service
