We got our tickets via Klook, and they are strict with the schedule, which helps keep everything organized. We went there at 4 PM, and it was already getting dark, so we weren’t able to see Mount Fuji. However, we still appreciated the other views. I would suggest going a bit earlier so you can see and fully appreciate the entire view. Also, staff were accomodating, and the system was well organized.

It was wonderful. Our family truly enjoyed the Sky tree! So so pretty. Would recommend this tour to anyone.

This activity was definitely overrated. It was nice but the lines were way too long to get on the elevator. It was very crowded but it was something I will never do again. I really enjoyed walking around the mall and eating the food. My kids were looking forward to ice skating but we were tied it wouldn't be available until December. They were bummed. If this activity is on your bucket list, I would go to juat cross it off as went. The tickets were reasonably priced.

Far too busy, could hardly get to see out the windows, was mostly three deep, wait time to come down was 25 mins for both decks, a total of 50 mins. The company running this are far too greedy they need to limit the numbers. The experience was completely spoiled

Long lines, lots of queuing (escalators, ticket printing, security, lift), crowds, you have to be aware of that. The selection is great.

The towers cleanliness was of high standards. The process in getting up the tower was organized. The staff was very friendly. There was a nice Christmas event around the ground area that was perfect to enjoy while waiting for our viewing time.
This was a total rip off…

The goal seems to be to pack as many people as possible into the elevators and onto the viewing decks. It was insanely crowded. Had to fight your way to the windows to get any kind of a view. Large parts of the viewing decks were taken up by vendors trying to sell overpriced photos and merch. It felt like the Tokyo subway at rush hour! Long lines to get up and then back down. We came out feeling frustrated and ripped off. Wish we had skipped this one. We honestly had better views from our hotel!

Complete waste of time and money. Spent 5 minutes on the observation deck, by comparison it took 20 minutes by taxi to get there. Crowded, boring, disappointing.
Well worth a visit - time it with sundown forcast.

Great experience watching the sun go down over mount fuji and seeing tokyo light up for the evening . There were queues to enter and then at each level but they were managed well
