Antonio, our guide was very experienced. He had a good bit of historical information about our trip to Toledo and winery. He kept close track of the group. Antonio had a very pleasant personality and was friendly to all individuals in the group. Toledo was a beautiful experience. I enjoyed Natalia at Casa De Villa winery. She was very knowledgeable. All-in-all a very enjoyable day.

The tour was nice, Toledo was beautiful and winery was a nice touch. The wines were good. Our tour guide was very educated on the city and the history of Toledo. The tour felted a little rushed and started a little late. We were told arrive at 8:45 for check in we along with others were there and no one was there to start check in. Our guide arrived a few minutes before our departure but never introduced himself or made a statement among the large group of 20 plus. We received a phone call from the tour company stating to go to the meet point we explained we were there standing with everyone else and someone pointed out our guide and we were able to make contact. If the guide would have been on time this minor chaos would of been unnecessary. We has to walk to another location to catch a larger bus which technically caused the tour to start later and that kinda of set the stage for feeling rushed. We were expecting a couple of hrs of free time in toledo but by the end of the walking tour we were warned from that point we would need at least 45 minutes to walk back to the bus, so there was really no time for a sit down lunch without feeling rushed so we grabbed a starbucks and took a quick look in a few shops and made it back to our pick up spot with 10 minutes to spare. The wine tasting was very similar we tasted 3 wines and then after the 3rd tasting we were given the 10 minute warning so scrambled to purchase some wine and back on the bus in 10 minutes. From start to finish we only had 1hr and 30 ish minutes for the tour and the tasting more time would have been nice.

I was frustrated by the need to reschedule our vacation because the original scheduled day for tour was cancelled. This caused us to have a significant increase in travel costs, about €300. But the tour itself was great.
