We have visited an olive grove and an olive oil mill to finish with an oil tasting, all accompanied by Antonio, who is very knowledgeable about all things olive and oil and who, throughout the visit, is able to convey not only his knowledge but also his enthusiasm. We've spent five hours with him that we didn't realize. It is certainly an essential activity when visiting Cazorla

Antonio is the best.A very great professional who loves everything related to olive, oil and soil.Activity began at 8.55 in the morning, Antonio picked us up at the hotel and took us in his vehicle, so we have taken advantage of his knowledge and experience from minute 0.We visited different olive groves, an olive oil mill and ended with a tasting, in total 5 hours.It became very short, I would have been 5 hours more listening to him. Recommended 100%.You cannot come to Cazorla and miss this experience that sums up the culture and tradition of this beautiful region.

Everything has been wonderful. Antonio, who is an agricultural engineer, is a real crack who manages to convey the passion with which he lives his work. Everything was easy from the beginning, we contacted him at short notice and he managed to make a "hole" to do the guided tour of the mill, olive trees and tasting. And I highlight the "hollow" thing because the visit went on until 5 hours, which really fly by with how comfortable it makes you feel. It really is a privilege to be able to discover what olive cultivation is like, the oil manufacturing process and how it should be tasted by someone with such knowledge as Antonio, who answered all our doubts (which were not few) with a lot of patience. In addition, we were able to go with our dog Bilbo, except to the mill (which does not depend on him). In short, if you are in Cazorla, do not hesitate to take this tour differently. And take the opportunity to buy some of their oils, which are great. A very strong hug from Diego, Bilbo and me!

We enjoyed the visit and the tasting. We have all followed the explanations in the family and our daughters also found it very interesting. We recommend it to anyone who goes to Cazorla as an essential activity: types of oils, process of obtaining the oil, differentiation of some oils and others, etc. Delighted with Antonio, the agricultural engineer who knows everything but explains it at our level. We'd even repeat.

We have loved doing the oil tasting with Antonio that has made us enjoy a wonderful experience. We arrived very tired and without too many expectations for the activity, however Antonio has managed to arouse our interest with his way of explaining and the passion he transmits. Fully advisable activity, you change any preconceived idea about the production/making of authentic liquid gold. Tasting is the tip to fall in love with a food that must always be in our diet. That said, the best thing about it was having found the light with Antonio, a real specialist.
