In Consuegra, there, we will arrive at Cerro Calderico, where we will find the Magic Mills of Miguel de Cervantes, a set of 12 whitewashed mills, built in the 19th century. 12 mills running through the skyline of Cerro Calorrico. Sancho, Rucio, Espartero, etc. Itinerary 10 : 00 to 11 : 30 Madrid to Consuegra 11 : 30 to 11 : 45 Cafeteria "Bathrooms" 12 : 00 to 14 : 00 Touring the Mills of Quixote de la Mancha and explaining their stories literary account of each of the mills.

5.00The visit to Consuegra and the windmills was amazing. We then stopped in Toledo where we were treated for a fabulous lunch and we visited its cathedral. On the way back we had two scenic stops for picture taking.

Travel in summer if you enjoy don't see many tourists. 😉

5.00We were a small group so we enjoyed all the experience. We took the trip in summer, the weather was too hot and must of store in Consuegra was closed. The time to enjoy Toledo was enough to walk around the streets, know the caves, and taste food originating from there. If you want to enjoy all the shops that are open, don't travel in the summer; choose another date. If you can stand the heat and like to enjoy things without so many people, travel in the summer. The guides are knowledgeable and tell you a lot about the windmills and the city of Toledo. The visit seems short because you really enjoy the moment, but I highly recommend it.
