5.00A faultless tour with breathtaking views across two countries and multiple lakes, a highly engaging guide —Simone, tip him! — and clear organization to keep 50 travelers on track. I had trouble finding the coach because I hadn’t read my instructions email closely enough— the coach won’t say Viator but whatever tour operator is running it, so watch for that in the email you’ll receive. But they called me & directed me to the correct coach, and then I had a beautiful day.

3.00Was a beautiful journey, however not very much information shared. Also thought it was English, but it was multiple languages. Not a lot of time in bellágio or in Switzerland. Most time was in como. Thought we would be taken around como, bellágio and Switzerland, and give history about each place and showed places however we mostly got taken to these towns, informed that their was places to go check out but no real direction on how to get to them. Hour and half in como, hour in bellágio and hour in Switzerland. The description of the tour said there was two places in Switzerland that we were going but we only went to one.

5.00The tour guides were fantastic (sorry forgot ghe lady's name & the guy helping her) & made the trip enjoyable. They ensured everyone's safety & that we were all accounted for. The only part that I felt rushed because one hour was just not enough time was in Lugano. We wanted to enjoy a meal in a different country but it ended up being rushed as there was just not enough time. We enjoyed the trip nevertheless.

5.00Took this tour on a rainy and windy day. The places we visited were beautiful, especially Bellagio. I can only imagine how much more breathtaking it would have been if the weather was better.

2.00Promise more than it lasts - at least this time of year! Almost no guided tour of the cities -as it says - except in Como where it was a little walk. In the other cities we got some quick info - and then "free time" so you had to walk around yourself. The cathedral in Como was not open !- opened about 1½ hours after our stop there - many disappointed! The time in Lugano was only 50 minutes - and then it was not tourist season - so we could have done without that stop.

4.00I signed up for an English speaking tour. There were other languages represented on our tour requiring our tour guide to speak three languages. She was difficult to follow at times and not all questions were answered in every language.
