All visitors to the museum are required to show a valid entrance ticket (we will provide separate tickets).

Purchased tickets are non-refundable. Visitors with a Child/youth ticket are required to show proof of age at the museum entrance.

You can print out your ticket (we provide separately), but you don’t have to: you can also present your ticket on a mobile device to check at the museum entrance.

You're welcome to take photos of the paintings as long as you do not use a flash, lamps, a tripod, or a selfie stick.

Once you confirm your attendance, you will receive your tickets minimum 1 day in advance before the tour begins.
