What an enjoyable way to spend time learning the art of the humble Dumpling. Yin not only makes the class fun but also has a wealth of knowledge in many aspects of this classic culinary delight. With a smile on her face, you are made to feel at home in a friendly environment whilst learning the secrets to form that perfect dumpling treat. Yin is an awesome teacher who showed me how to make delicious vegan dumplings. All the steps were included (except chopping up the dumpling filling very thinly - she had already prepared it and it saved time to focus on the dumpling making itself). The hardest part for me was rolling out the dough. The folding method for the dumplings is really fast to learn. While cooking and preparing you can chat with Yin like a friend who you have known a long time. She also gives you tips where to go, what to see etc. After you made the dumplings and they are ready to eat you can enjoy them in the kitchen with Yin. I loved this class abd it‘s a little different expericence but so worth it. 100% can recommend! :)
