Each gondola can host maximum 5 people; the seat aboard cannot be chosen but will be assigned by the gondolier depending of guests weight.

The Gondola Ride does not operate in case of exceptionally bad weather or high/low tide (in these cases it can be postponed the days after otherwise it will be refunded)

The itinerary may change in the event of wind or bad weather

The guide will be only on one gondola, the participants on the others gondola will listen to her/him with the audio-devices

The live commentary will be only in English, French, Spanish and Italian. The commentary on German, Japanese, Chinese, Hindi, and Russian will be provided by mobile app downloaded on the own devices.

The live commentary IS NOT included in the PRIVATE OPTION

Meet up place was a little hard to find but doable. There was no waiting we had a time and they went by that(GREAT). The guide was great ,he was talkative, and had good sense of humor.. Never thought I would like But I would do it again.

Chaotic and disorganized. The tour segment was nonexistent. I would suggest booking the gondola directly. We spent 30 minutes waiting for late joiners and the audio didn’t work. The tour guide walked us from the visitor station to the gondola which we could have done ourselves. The half hour gondola rate was 90 euro so any charge above this is a waste of time and money.

Venice delivered all our dreams and more. We had such a great time. The food, the views, the architecture and the history were just amazing. Such a gorgeous place to explore!

Not worth it. There was a 15 minute commentary by the guide who walked us to the gondola boarding area. It was very informative and helpful. We were warned that the ride is not what you see in the movies. Which we didn’t expect anyway. However the gondoliers hardly spoke at all to the customers and the tour was the equivalent of going around the block. Very slow and the water smells horrible. Save your money.

It was a wonderful experience specially the VR. The ride was very thorough but the driver was not very interactive.
