Due to the Hotel Marriot location (Isola delle Rose), transfer to/from this Hotel are subjected to a surcharge of €20, payable on spot

You can choose from 2 different transfer options: Meet and Greet service: Representative will meet you at the arrival terminal and take you to the pier embarkation point for your private motorboat arrival transfer. • Full Service: Representative will meet you at the arrival terminal and stay with you until you arrive at your hotel.When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your Venice city hotel details. Your transfer will be confirmed at the time of booking and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the representitive. Your driver will drop you at the most convenient stop available to your Venice hotel. It's that easy! For an unforgettable, stress-free arrival in Venice, book a private motorboat transfer. 2.00Started Great..Finished Weak. We were met after leaving baggage claim and taken to the dock for our water taxi to the hotel. Nice ride to the drop off point, however it was 9pm local time. So, giving us a map and having us walk through (safe) alleys and over a bridge sounds good. However, at night in a new environment we got lost quick. A 5 min walk turned into 20 mins. Next time, at night walking with us on foot would have been a MUCH better experience.

5.00This was a great service. The operator was waiting for us with a sign as soon as we exited customs at the airport. The led us directly to dock where our boat waited. It was a very enjoyable ride into Venice following some long travel which delivered us directly to our hotel. We also booked this transportation on the way back to the airport. It is more pricey than some other options, but was hassle free and we enjoyed it very much.
Way too expensive for service that did not meet my needs..

2.00My hotel has a water taxi stop. I was dropped off much farther. I had a 15 minute walk with all my luggage in the rain. Don't forget you need to drag your luggage up and down stairs to cross channels. You can get a water taxi from the airport without going through Viator. They are cheaper and will get you where you need to be without touring the city with luggage. Very disappointed.

5.00We were tired and worried about everything that could go wrong, but from greeting thru the boat trip we were well cared for and should not have worried. SUCH a spectacular and fast trip over the water - it truly set the stage for our visit!
