Very informative. Guide lacked personality. One full hour out of the 3 hour tour was devoted to coffee which she left us after ordering.

Our guide Aida in Vienna made the day truly special. We learned so much about the city’s beauty and rich history. The tour was engaging, informative, and delivered with warmth and passion. Vienna came alive through the stories and insights we were given. An excellent experience that I would recommend to anyone visiting I would highly recommend getting a private to work so you can really enjoy and stroll through the history walking into the streets of Vienna

Aida our guide was excellent full of information and friendly with a great sense of humour. If you are lucky to have this guide you will have more than an experience of Vienna you will learn history and feel blessed to meet such a wonderful person.

We were excited for the Vienna Gems walking tour and appreciated the chance to explore the city. We arrived at the meeting point 10 minutes early, but there was no clear signage, branded clothing, or any indication of who the guide was. Due to spotty phone reception, it took a while before we received a WhatsApp message with a vague description of the guide’s outfit. When we finally approached the guide, we were met with a rather cold and unwelcoming attitude, as if it were our fault for not recognizing them sooner. Communication during the tour was difficult due to a strong accent and fast pace, which made it hard to follow the commentary. The café stop at the end was a nice touch, though only one of us was offered cake, which felt odd. While we may have been jet-lagged and could’ve asked for more clarification, we hoped for a warmer, more engaging experience—especially at this price point.

The tour guide Aida is a lover of history and she shared a lot of in-depth knowledge with us. Her English was very clear. The sachet cake and coffee at the end was delicious
