The kayak and waterfall tour was by far the best thing we did on the island. Annie, our tour guide, was beyond amazing. You could tell how much she loves her job by the way she speaks about the island. She was so informative and so funny. I highly recommend this your and if you get Annie as your guide, you’re in for a real treat!!!

I did not participate in this tour due to the fact that I booked it while on a cruise and was given the wrong date for the booking. When I tried to change the date the only contact was the tour company which told me to contact Viator. Due to limited phone and email service I was unable to contact Viator until I reached Hawaii which was pasted the date of the booking they made but the correct date still was pending. I contacted Viator and was told that since the tour date they made was passed that I would receive no credit, refund or change of date.

Our tour guide Harrison was super could answer any question was super friendly, as well as communicative. I did the tour with my grandmother, the way to the falls was already challenging, as it was sometimes very slippery but no problem to master. The included snacks were perfect. The waterfall was very impressive also the story behind it. The kayak ride was also impressive when driving back a bit more strenuous due to the headwinds. Would definitely recommend the tour!

Bring comfortable hiking sandals and grab a walking stick. It will be a huge help navigating the terrain. Our guide Lindsey was the best, thank you for a great and memorable day. Mahalo🌺

Bring Sunscreen and water shoes and water bottle. The hike was very easy but with the sun and kayaking on the river, staying hydrated is key. Also I definitely recommend water shoes since the trail does have some roots and rocks along the way and you get to walk through the river.
