5.00The fellow was very nice. We didn't expect a fellow in a suit and a very nice car! We felt like the rich and famous! We were picked up at a hotel. It would be nice if Viator were a bit clearer about where the pickup point was exactly since there were 2 sides from which we could be picked up. Fortunately, the young lady at the front desk was aware that the hotel was a pickup point and was able to give me the information I needed. When the driver arrived, we received a text letting us know, so we knew when to head to the pickup point. The trip was very smooth after that.

5.00Our driver, Isabelle, was fabulous. She was already waiting for us at baggage claim when we arrived. It was late at night so the travel time to our hostel was done in record time. She was personable, had water waiting for us, was a safe driver, and had a great sense of humor. What a great welcome to Quebec City. Thank you!

5.00This company has been great to work with. They sent text messages regularly before arrival to confirm details. Gilles was waiting with a sign when we finished customs, was extremely kind and helpful, and shared about the city. The vehicle was large, spacious, clean, and water waiting for each passenger. Great start to a first visit to Quebec city. I would definitely use this service again. Thank you Gilles and thank you Transport Exécutif Prestige!

5.00My wife and I used this transfer service twice-from the airport to out hotel on o7/29 and back to Quebec airport on 08/02. It could not have gone better. We had the same driver Gilles on both ways. He was perfectly on time-waiting at the airport on 07/29- arriving about 5 minutes before the scheduled pickup time on 08/02. He could not have been more solicitous about our needs and comfort or more charming when he apologized about his English. Trust me it was much better than the more limited French of my wife and myself. All in all I would definitely We would definitely recommend booking with YQB Airport Transfer.
