Weight Limit: 250 pounds per person
Minimum height to participate is 4 feet and 8 inches
Refunds will not be issued if tour/activity is missed due to failure to provide correct weight, follow instructions to meet requirements to participate, failure to provide pick up location, late or non-arrival of participants.
At time of booking, Cruise ship passengers must provide the following information at time of booking: ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and re-boarding time
There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there is not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund.
Wear comfortable clothing (leggings or shorts) and closed toe shoes. No persons will be allowed to participate wearing only bathing suits.
Pregnant women, persons with back injuries or recent surgeries, persons with vertigo or afraid of heights, or persons with other serious medical conditions cannot participate on this tour.
Minors 18 years or younger must be accompanied by a 21+ year old adult in order to participate.
Published starting time is only an estimate. Exact pick up time will be provided the DAY PRIOR to your tour.
Total estimate duration of 4 hours includes: 2 hours driving time and 1.5 to 2 hours at tour site
Bespoke LM Reserves the Right of Admission - If a person appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs or not following instructions the Guide has the right to Cancel their reservation at any moment, and No Refunds will be issued due to this.

The Zipline Canopy Adventure Tour is an opportunity to experience the foothills of Puerto Rico's National Rainforest, El Yunque in an exhilarating way. For adventure seekers of all ages, soar through the forest trees and get a unique point of view from high above the forest floor. Feel at one with El Yunque's natural diversity, lush tropical rainforest and unique ecosystem; this tour is by far one of the best methods to view it all at a canopy level. The El Yunque Canopy Zipline Adventure Tour starts with a warm welcome from your tour guide at your pickup time in the lobby of your hotel. You will board your van for an approximately 45-minute drive, taking you along the eastern highway to the Foothills of the Luquillo Mountain Range where you will reach the entrance of El Yunque National Rainforest. Once at the zipline location, the guides will help you with your gear, harness, helmet and hand gear in preparation for your aerial adventure. A short walk in this amazing natural rainforest will bring you to the start of the excursion where you will once again be instructed on the zipline method. The Zipline Adventure tour consists of 2,800 feet of cable divided in 8 different sections, each strategically located within the rainforest canopy. Movement from point A to point B is by gravity using double wire cables (each capable of withstanding 2,000 pounds of weight, the requirement for this tour truly has nothing to do with weight but with the size of the safety equipment) are used for the ultimate safety. All landing platforms are equipped with safety gear, handrails and guides that are there to meet you at the next landing as well as to ensure your personal safety throughout the tour. Your zipline adventure begins from the first platform where you will jump to the second platform which is 150ft away. Once you’ve started, you will be going from one platform to another. The platforms are as high as 100ft into the canopy and as far apart as 465ft! Flying through the air while surrounded by nature, is one of the most exhilarating feeling you will ever encounter! You'll gaze over the different ecosystems of the El Yunque National Rainforest and see everything that it has to offer.

5.00This is one of the most well run excursions my family has ever taken. Communication with the zip line company was amazing, directions for pick up extremely clear, and they responded very quickly when I had a couple follow up questions. They offer GoPro rentals for $40, somehow all four people in my group missed that sign (whoops) so make sure you take advantage of that!! We were nervous about getting back to the ship as Royal Caribbean shorted our port time but this company had us back right on time as promised. And the zip lines themself were amazing!

1.00We paid to do this as an excursion via Carnival. We were told to be at the meeting place 15 minutes prior to the departure time and we were there with two other families earlier than that. They didn’t show bc apparently they left without counting that they had everyone and left us behind. Ruined the day. It was too late to do another excursion.

3.00They had our driver take us all the way out to the rain forest (~1hr from our hotel) just to tell him to take us back home as it had been cancelled due to storms. They told me via text that they'd notify us a day in advance if it would be cancelled due to inclement weather. These storms were on the radar for weeks, and it wasn't a pop-in shower or unforecasted storm. It was raining the entire way there (thunder about halfway.) When our driver called to alert the team, they told him to keep driving us to see if it would change despite endless dark clouds and heavy rain. They should not have put the driver at risk, nor wasted nearly 3 hours of our day.
