5.00The driver is experienced and so friendly that he chatted a lot with us and guided us to a temple by walking. I feel safe traveling with him because he helped us translate what the locals said.

1.00This was a less than satisfactory experience. We were expecting an English speaking driver as noted in the inclusions. Instead our driver spoke only a few words of English and understood even less. This made our day difficult as we asked to go to Ubud, but once there, he didn’t take us around and we spent the majority of the time on Google Translator. We spent over 3 1/2 hours in bus van without water that was also promised in the inclusions. Then when we arrived in Ubud he had to get gas. You would think he would have already had a full tank for the day. The inclusions also said internet, which was not the case. We also reached out to his company for support and did not receive a response or help. We are very disappointed and do not recommend booking with this company.

5.00Yoga was very friendly and helpful. He suggested some places for us to visit and came thru the temples with us, showing us around. We spent a great day with Yoga around the Ubud area and recommend him.
