Monterey is a city located in Monterey County on the southern edge of Monterey Bay on the U.S. state of California's Central Coast. Monterey's present-day attractions include the Monterey Fisherman's Wharf.

Pick-Up Location Policy：When booking, please select your pick-up hotel. If undecided, you may update your pick-up location later. However, you must contact us or update this information yourself at least 3 days before the tour date. Important: Failure to provide or update your pick-up location prior to the departure date may result in missing the tour. The company will not be responsible for missed tours, and any fees paid will not be refunded.
Hotel Rooms: Hotel rooms accommodate 2-4 guests, with varying bed types(e.g., King/Queen beds or two twin beds) and deposit rules. Deposits are usually processed via credit card.
Tickets and Charges: Pre-purchased tickets or city passes are not accepted. Buy through us or via the guide. Group reservations recommended.
Itinerary Changes:Tour operator reserves the right to adjust the itinerary for smooth operations.
Tour Adjustments:The tour guide may alter schedules based on weather, traffic, or other conditions.
Parking: Parking is not available at the meeting point. Transportation to and from the departure location is not included.
Closed Attractions: If a scenic spot is closed, an alternative will be provided. COVID-19 may affect attraction hours and capacity.
Booster Seats: For state law, Children under the age of 6 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel.
Health Requirements: Guests with disabilities must provide advance notice. Wheelchair-accessible buses are not guaranteed without prior approval.
Terms and Conditions: Terms and conditions may change—check the product website for updates.The operator is not liable for damages unless required by law.
Leaving the Group: If leaving the group early, inform the tour guide and sign a departure form. No refunds for unused portions.
Gifts and Refunds: Gifts provided during the tour may change due to unforeseen factors like weather. Fees will not be refunded for changes.

What To Expect
Cannery Row
Cannery Row is the waterfront street bordering the city of Pacific Grove, but officially in the New Monterey section of Monterey, California.
Fisherman's Wharf is lined with seafood restaurants ranging from casual, open-air clam bars, to formal indoor dining with views of the bay. Along with Cannery Row, Fisherman's Wharf is one of the few areas in Monterey that sells souvenirs, so the restaurants are interspersed with gift shops, jewelry stores, art galleries, and candy shops. Whale watching tours and fishing trips leave from the wharf, and sea lions often sleep on the pilings, buoys, and moored boats in the bay.

2.00Our recent tour was regrettably unsatisfactory due to several significant shortcomings. The provided vehicle was inadequately sized, leading to uncomfortable and cramped conditions for the duration of the excursion. Furthermore, the individual acting as both driver and guide demonstrated insufficient English proficiency, which hindered effective communication and diminished the informational value of the tour. Compounding these issues, heavily tinted vehicle windows severely obstructed visibility, preventing us from adequately viewing the sights and significantly detracting from the overall tour experience.

1.00This company caters more to Chinese tourist. The guide didn't do much commentating when I ask him a question, seems like he didn't understand me or he just doesn't know. I ask the tour guide what animals are native to the area and he just ignored me. This tour is mostly sight seeing. In the end, the guide was insisting on separate service fee of $12.00. I won't recommend this tour.

2.00I i have used VIATOR successfully for about seven yers. While this itinerary was excellent with many stunning vistas, the organization on the part of the tour company was practically non-existent. From the pick-up site to the drop off, we were told nothing. The driver spike very little English. I will be writing a detailed letter to Viator and the tour company. halfway through the trip, the driver charged us a 24.00 “service fee” in CASH only!

1.00No good memories from this trip. From start to finish the tour was a shambles. The driver/guide was late arriving and then could not open the door for us to get into the transport nor could she link up her phone the vehicle.

1.00I have experienced excursions all over the world and this, by far, was the worst. I will be sending a detailed letter to the Viator office in MA. From arriving an hour late to absolutely no professionalism from the tour guide this doesn't touch everything that was wrong about it. We were subjected to listening to vulgar RAP music, picked up several passengers at different locations and learned more about 17 mile drive from the brochure than from the tour guide. If Mia is your guide request another or cancel.
