  Well planned, on time, adequate stops & perfect timing. Had an amazing experience. Our guide Thor was excellent. He explained everything in detail and was more that accommodative to our requests. He even made couple of surprise stops which were not included in our itenerary - something which only locals would know... I highly recommend this to see the best of Iceland without wasting time.

  This two-day drive along the south coast of Iceland was our first activity of an 8-day vacation, and it set the bar really high. Our guide Fannar was simply terrific: personable, kind, funny, informative, and genuinely thrilled to show us around. He made the tour feel more like driving around the countryside with a buddy. The sights are magnificent and well worth the long hours in the van (which, save for the last stretch from Reynisfjara to Hofn, aren't that long). I'd suggest packing as light as you can, which for a trip such as this is admittedly tricky: you're going to get wet (waterfall mist), you're going to get cold (glaciers and icebergs), you're going to get a little sweaty (hiking in Skaftafell). And that's all if it's GOOD weather! Highly recommended!

  The tour, contracted with Aurora Hunters through Guide to Iceland, is a real treat. Views are something that everyone should see at least once in their lives and that often take your breath away. Glacier hiking and lagoon boating are amazing experiences, as well as seeing all that wild nature in its purest state. Our guide, Fannar, is a very cheerful boy who has always been attentive to the needs of the group and who has been in charge of explaining everything about the places we visited and about the local customs. He has also been in charge of Maintaining a Good Mood, integrating the whole group and organizing everything so that everything was perfect. It has been a pleasure to spend part of my trip in Iceland with a guide who you rating enjoys his work and dealing with people:) Thank you so much!!

  My sister and I booked our trip with Aurora Hunters through Guide to Iceland. Our guide and driver, Thor, was awesome! The trip was safe, fun, enlightening, and all together breathtaking. The South Coast is beautiful and the trip was made even better with a very knowledgeable guide who shared with us information about the places we visited. Thanks Aurora Hunters, Thor, and Guide to Iceland!!

  We made this 2-days tour with Aurora Hunters. The guide, Einar, is undoubtedly the best one we ever had; funny and nice, he's one of a kind. The tour includes beautiful spots and one night in a lovely hotel. An unforgettable journey.

  Weather is always changing in Iceland. Our guide Oli worked with the other guides at the Ice Cave to be flexible and make sure that we got the best experience at each destination. The small tour bus created a small family over the 2 days. Sharing AirDrop photos became a past time between destinations. The hotel was nice. Great Lobster pizza. We signed up with hotel staff for Arora Borialis "wake-up call" and saw the most beautiful multi-colored Arora (best in 3 months). All along Oli would communicate the plans, change in plans and keep us on schedule.

  My husband and I did the 2 day South Coast and Ice Cave Tour and had the most magical experience. Carlos, our driver/guide was very knowledgeable and did his upmost to ensure our trip was perfect. I felt very safe, when the weather came in bad Carlos ensured that we stopped at the nearest hotel despite having another hour to go to our final destination. This is where we stayed the night and then to our absolute delight we got to see the Northern Lights. Carlos is to be thanked for this as his experience and understanding ensured it maximised our chances of seeing this natural wonder!! There was a great combination of different sights to see and the trip to the ice cave was excellent. We both had the most amazing time in Iceland friendly, clean and we can highly recommend Carlos and Aurora Tours.

  This tour was fantastic. Our driver-guide Sveinn was thoughtful and knowledgeable, and made the trip even better with some unexpected side-trips. He also took us back to Diamond Beach the next day as it was a little dark the first time we saw it. I was stunned by the gorgeous scenery and the ice-cave was incredible. It was treacherous on the roads but he was an excellent driver so we all felt safe at all times.
