• Fantastic tour of Cairo with Ehab and Sied

  Ehab was our guide with driver Sied. They took us on an incredible tour of Coptic, Jewish and Islamic Cairo before taking us to a bazaar. The communication prior to the trip was perfect via WhatsApp and we felt in safe hands. Ehab told us history at a perfect level, it was very interesting and the locations were stunning. Highly recommend for a free afternoon in Egypt- we started the tour at 1pm and finished around 5pm. Everything was well organised- Ehab clearly knows everyone and I found having him as our guide, we didn’t feel hassled.   We visited Egypt last week with the family and it turned out to be one of those trips you’ll never forget—not just because of the country itself, but because of the amazing people we met along the way. We booked a private guided tour of Old Cairo, and Eihab was our guide while Ismael took care of driving us around. Honestly, the whole experience was fantastic. Cairo is already mind-blowing on its own, but with Eihab it became something truly special. The guy has a degree in archaeology, so his knowledge is deep and genuine—he explains everything in a way that’s interesting without ever feeling like a lecture. But what really sets him apart is his attitude: from the very first moment he made it clear that his main goal was for us to genuinely enjoy every second, and boy, we did. He’s the kind of guide who always goes the extra mile (literally and figuratively) without making a big deal out of it—whether it was adjusting the itinerary on the fly so we could see something extra, finding the perfect spots for photos, or just sharing little stories that brought the places to life. Super friendly, patient, and professional all at once. Ismael, our driver, was also excellent—safe, punctual, and always with a smile. Together they made the day feel effortless and fun. If I ever go back to Egypt (and I definitely will), I’m 100% reaching out to Eihab again, and I’d recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking for a top-class, unforgettable tour in Cairo. Seriously, if you want the best experience possible, this is your guy.

  We had a generally good experience with the guide and driver in Cairo. Both were kind and helpful. However, the tour felt overpriced. We spent nearly half of the time in the car, and the “tickets included” option turned out to be poor value. We paid an extra $35 USD per person for inclusive tickets, but the only entrance fee actually needed was for the Citadel of Saladin, which costs about 500 EGP (around $11 USD). In the end, we paid three times the real ticket price, which was disappointing. Overall, while the guide and driver were pleasant, I wouldn’t recommend booking the “tickets included” option. It’s simply not worth the extra cost.

  I greatly enjoyed this day trip and I highly record taking this tour when visiting Cairo. My guide Ahmed was very knowledgeable and his commentary regarding the history of Cairo greatly enriched the experience. I also enjoyed seeing the architecture of Cairos beautiful mosques and Churches. Our driver Hesam was great and provided very convenient pick up from and back to my hotel. Again I highly this tour.

  Great tour and easy way to see cool sights in one trip! Super nice and accommodating. Loved the sights and activities. The driver was also wonderful and very kind!

  We took the « only driver option » and we were happy to have Raafat to drive us through Cairo, we did the citadel, the Coptic museum, Khan al Khalili and also some little nice adresses than Raafat made us discover through the afternoon. He picked us up on time at every stops. Thank you for this tour ! (Just note that you need to pay the parking for the citadelle, only 25EGP)

  My tour started with a deep dive into Islamic Cairo, and the mosques her are breathtakingly beautiful. Stepping into the Mosque of muhammad Ali felt like entering a uniquie Ottoman flourish! Demiana was my tour guide and she made sure to spill the tea (all the knowledge she has) and I left nourished. She expalined the history so well that I drop it into conveersations now, cos I know that much, lol. The views from the cistadel are fantstic, the vibe is serene, respectful a perfect counterpoint to the city's usual hustle. We then went to the Coptic, and Damiana explained this spiritual pocket so well. She's successfully stitched together 3 distinct worlds into masterful storytelling, got me snacks and made sure that I try true Egyptian food which she ordered ahesd of time, so no waiting at the the restaurant, and we got the best table too! She's hands down brilliant. A five-star tour guide who I absolutely recommend! Did I mention her mad photography skills! Yup, five-star for real! Book her!
