Arrive to the Opera and could not download my ticket, Talk to everyone but could not get in. Bought new tickets to get in, tryed to find the group of Lupins but finally found them at end of the game. they said it did not matter it was in french and no english game until October, I was very disappointed and should get refund for this situation
Palace was incredible but we were unable to participate in the activity

This was in French, we were not able to find a guide at meeting point. The description was inaccurate. The palace was magnificent but our only option was to walk around in our own.

Unique experience. Good assistance from actors and a very enjoyable experience. A little confusing at first, and assistance was appreciated.

I understand my failure to speak French is partially to blame but no where did it state this experience was 100% in French. No English material available which would have been fun.
