1.00You should deal with the museum directly. These tickets have a significant markup and they say they come with an audio guide but they do not. You are on your own. The museum told us there is nothing they can do as these guys buy tickets and then mark them up 100%.

5.00Musee d’Orsay was one of the best museum experiences we have had. A wonderful building beautifully displaying beautiful art. The architecture of the building is something to visit and see. And what a treat to experience the very well curated John Singer Sargent exhibit - brilliant!
Difficult at first but a great museum, especially Impressionist floor.

2.00Had not checked in on line, had only purhased tickets. First two people we approached at entry were not helpful or kind. Very dismissive. Finally as a last resort moved one more person who was kind and helped us get the needed steps to enter.

4.00Great museum. Impressionists did not disappoint. Lots to see and plenty of gift shops. And the personnel were most helpful. Audio headset did not work after paying an extra 6 euros

The cost of the “audio guide” was a waste. Repetitive and dull and should have been described as a historical info video

3.00Not the easiest facility to move through (and find toilets!) if you have mobility issues. And a staff member open the toilet door while I was in there.
