1.00We were set up. There was never any luck at 21:30 on Friday 24/11, as stated in our confirmation. The Alhambra was then closed. It was also not possible to get hold of any put Tripadvisor, Viator or Sultan tours. Useless! Disgust!! Worst rating to all three / Staffan

1.00We received a WhatsApp call the night before (so less than 24 hours notice) saying they couldn't get us the tickets after accepting our payment and confirming the booking many days before. They ruined our trip to Granada and we had to re-plan everything on that evening. They seem to book last minute tickets but unlike other operators they are not honest about it on their advertisements. Avoid Sultana Tours here and on other apps like Viator.

1.00Don't, they're always changing the booking with Consent, they'll ask. Finally the tour with family done without a guide (thought read everything yourself on the collars) half an hour later we were outside. 185th poorer, 2 collars seen. And what we were looking forward to was fiasco. Nasty experience scam

1.00The tour operator charge the meeting point.and they did not inform me to my phone,instate the use the viator internet message to inform. But there's not free internet connection in the Alhambra. The was a lot of groups.so it was impossible to identify then.so I miss the tour very was disappointed. I lost my time and money.
