  I would definitely book this trip again! The hike up the hill was a little more challenging for my 65y mother in law but she made it. You are going to get 100% wet on the way down you can skip some of the bigger slides/jumps but not the smaller first ones that will get you completely submerged in the water. Overall the trip was great!

  This was hands-down one of the best days of our trip to the Dominican Republic! We booked this zip lining and waterfall adventure, and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we were picked up, the kindness of the hosts shone through. They provided a clean, comfortable van, and our group was small and intimate—just the four of us plus two others—which made everything feel personal and relaxed. Because of the smaller size, we breezed past all the larger tours without any waiting at the slides or platforms. It was such a smooth, stress-free experience. The jungle itself was breathtakingly beautiful, lush and vibrant in every direction. Seeing it from the air while zip lining was truly magical—gliding high above the canopy felt like flying through a postcard. The adventure part was pure fun and adrenaline: jumping off platforms into refreshing pools, sliding down natural rock waterslides, and splashing into roaring pools. It was priceless and exhilarating, with just the right mix of thrill and natural beauty. After all that excitement, they took us to a private, gorgeous buffet lunch that hit the spot perfectly—fresh, delicious, and in such a serene setting. But the day didn’t end there! As an added bonus, we got to learn how to make authentic Dominican cigars, harvest cocoa beans, and experience the coffee process firsthand. It was fascinating, interactive, and the perfect cultural cherry on top. If you’re visiting the Dominican Republic, do yourself a favor and book with these amazing people—you won’t regret it. This tour turned an ordinary day into an unforgettable adventure filled with kindness, beauty, and joy. Highly recommend—10/10!

  This was WAY better than I could have hoped for. We opted for this tour instead of the tours offered by our cruise line. We ended up in a group of six (us + a family of four). It really felt like a private tour. The guides were helpful and answered any questions we had about the island. The best part was that our guide, Piro, walked us ahead of all the large groups. It felt like we had a fast pass. The waterfalls were beautiful and the ziplines were so much fun. I’d recommend this to anyone feeling adventurous.

  “Chocolate” (Cool photographer and guide) and William (Forgave us for being seven minutes late. Thank you) treated us like family throughout our jungle experience in the Damajagua National Park which included cruising down seven zip lines, sliding down three waterfalls and exploring the jungle while it rained. Chocolate was affable, knowledgeable, friendly and fun during the adventure. They both made sure we experienced all that was to be explored on this tour including dining with the locals at their favorite eatery (Delicious local food🤤) and stopping off at local shop which produces the best chocolate, coffee and cigars. Special treatment indeed. 😉 Thank you both and Daniela for a memorable experience!! We will recommend you to others and if we should return, will look for your Dr. Prime Tours again.   The experience itself was okay, but there was a significant issue with what was delivered afterward. We purchased the photo package mainly because we were told that videos would be included. However, after the activity, we only received a video for one person, even though there were two participants. When we contacted the provider to ask about the missing video or a refund, we were told there were no additional videos available. This was disappointing, as it did not match our expectations at the time of booking. I recommend future customers confirm exactly how many videos are included before purchasing.

  the zip lines were great! but the provider left us sitting in the van for 45 minutes and then we stood around at the venue for another 30 minutes. due to the delays we could not complete the tour because we would miss the boat. be prepared to hike for about 40 minutes to get to the top of the mountain and prepared to handle the shock of sinking into deep water on the slides

  Was an adventure enjoyed by all 8 family members that went.. time was adequate at each stop... slow moving lines at times avoid busy days.

  TLDR: it’s starts with a workout and then cool off in the water with Zip and Dip. Afterwards you’ll get fed and have a walkthrough of their plantation. From cigars to plants to crystals and more. Tammi picked us up and took great care of us from start to finish. Bernie was hilarious as we climbed for the zip and dip. He also held the groups items that could get lost or needed to stay dry when descending the water slides/jumps. Water was cold at first but we all quickly adjusted to the temp. I wish the handrail was a bit longer when you first get in about waist high but another staff member was there to safely get you in as it was about a two foot drop. All the staff reiterated safety concerns and how to now collect a DM scar. As we completed our event we went and had some tasty fresh veggies and sausages/pork chops and a drink of your choice. After that, we went to their plantation and saw some pretty cool birds, learned about mangos, coffee, coca, cigar making with the different leaves and process. I’m sure I’m forgetting a few things. The girls both picked out a double stone ring at rotated to show one rock at a time. We left there and Tammi was a rock star navigating back to the city as not a single sole was home for the holidays and we had three ships in port. We saw some of the cool sights and landmarks along the way. Note:Apple Pay, credit card, cash, PayPal were an option at most places/vendors. Only con we had was with the pictures/videos offered at Location. When we first arrived the lady asked and was about 80% through the conversation when another lady interrupted to ‘correct’ on the price from 45 to 55 for the package. We didn’t have cash and had to set up another electronic option. Once it was set up we walked back over (about 5-10min later) and the price from the first two had now jumped to 75 so we kindly declined.
