1.00Tour operator cancelled the night before reference to a strike. We walked to area and there was no sign of a strike and other tours were on the roof as planned. Somewhat disappointed but they promised a full refund.

1.00I was told by the ticket issuer that it was closed because of "strikes" the day we were to go which was a lie. It was open. I told them it was open and wanted my tickets. Said they couldn't accommodate me. I told them I wanted a refund and no reply. Won't book another trip through viatar

1.00No need to buy tickets for the rooftop. Just buy them on the day. The rest of the arc you can walk around. The rooftop access was closed due to a strike by government employees. Difficult getting a full refund from this company.
