  Horrible Experience! I was sent a link to open for my tickets to the Arc De Triomphe. The link would not open and although I showed both my reservation, booking number and the link which didn't open we were turned away. The answer was no QR code then you can't go. I called the number that was given and there was no answer. I called when I returned home from France and after two days of "investigation" I was told I would not get a refund because the tickets had been used. The tickets were not used because the link wouldn't open but that is apparently of no concern to Viator or the "Tour Operator". This is the last time I will use this company. I cannot believe how absolutely UNHELPFUL they are. If you want to take a tour I would suggest a different company. Viator does not stand behind their customer but sides with their "tour operator", whoever that may be.

  I booked with Dream Fly Tours company and they send me e tickets and I enjoyed there and arc trimphoe is really worth it I loved it

  Absolute garbage. Horrible customer service. Never got our tickets. Waited over an hour then just bought our own tickets. Viator is awful to try to get a refund from. Would never use them again.

  Worth it but...be prepared and healthy enough to walk up the almost 250 steps. Coming down there is a lift.

• Arc de Triomphe is a must

  This is a wonderful tour with an exceptional view at the top of the Arc. There are over 300 steps to climb up but places to stop to read about the Arc, bathrooms, and a gift shop. The view is worth the stairs and my husband and I were in awe.
