1.00I would never recommend this service. The drivers at the airport were rude and dismissive. The airport staff did not recognise the service and consequently were unable to offer help. I used the app to try to contact the driver, no reply. The service finally contacted me 24 hours after what was supposed to be my airport pick up. After 4 drivers one finally took the time to assist and then located my ticket

1.00Super shuttle left us stranded on a rainy day with a baby after 36 hours of travel. We had to find a taxi by ourselves. Despite booking 4 months ago they could not get their act together. And hard with the baggage and crying baby. Their customer service manager David Ross did not even apologise the next day. I wondered why the drivers were rude and now seems the culture is rotten from the top. Shane on you super shuttles.

1.00I arrived in Wellington from Brisbane on a Qantas flight on 3rd April 2024. My hard plastic shell suitcase was fine. I wheeled it outside to the shuttlebus service. The driver was professional and negotiated Wellington hills well. While driving I heard loud noises from the trailer. When we arrived at my parents place, the suitcase was sitting alone in the trailer. I removed it and it was damaged. The driver said it would have been the airline. I wrote to Peter King, The Director who told me that he would not accept liability: "We cannot accept liability for the damage to your suitcase as it is not possible that such impact damage could have been sustained during your journey with us on 3 April 23." Take my advice, take an Uber, it costs the same and your luggage will be safe.
I definitely recommend this service to other travelers. I will use this service again the next time we visit Wellington

5.00The driver made us feel welcome. He was courteous and helpful! He even informed us of what was happening and how soon the shuttle would leave.
Booked a and paid for a private transfer but got the shuttle with other passengers.

3.00Our transfer was fine but we had paid extra for a private transfer and we were put on the shuttle with everyone else. I have requested a refund for the difference in cost but have not received any response.
