2.00We were provided with a meeting place the day before. We arrived 5 minutes late and contacted the tour operator to ask if we could catch up with the guide. Was informed that they were there for 10 minutes and hoped we could find her. I asked for some kind of identifying feature to find the guide as the area had about 25 different guides and no way to figure which was ours, we wanted to know the colour of the flag they were holding or the colour of the shirt as the tour is such that it is easy to catch up with the guide as it is a relatively small area. We were told he can't provide the guides contact information..(?). About an hour after the scheduled time, they offered to take the tour 4 hours later. However, by that time we had already explored most of the area, which is possible without a guide. It would be helpful if the name of the person and an identifying feature is provided prior to tour especially in areas where there are numerous tours on going.

5.00Go in the morning so you’re not distracted with all the shops once the tour is over and you’ve experienced everything without the crowds then you can go shopping

5.00We had a great time finding out more about Tokyo, temples, shrines, history, and the beliefs and culture of the Japanese people as we enjoyed the tour. Would definitely do again!
