Surrounded by the inviting scent of freshly baked berries, you’ll knead, shape, and bake under expert guidance, learning time-honored techniques passed down through generations. I will welcome you at my home next to our restaurant. Depending on the weather, we can drink non-alcoholic appetizer drinks under a maple tree in our restaurant's terrace or inside. The workshop is held in a 1700s log cabin in my home. Aprons are provided by the house. First we’ll make the base dough together, I’ll show you my way of filling the pies. I’ll instruct, advise, demonstrate. In the end we’ll drink tea/coffee and eat blueberry rye pies with vanilla sauce / ice cream together. You will get the recipe, a new talent and many memories with you!
