The guide (Thomas) was very knowledgeable and keen on answering my questions. The tour was very well organize, I could see all the main highlights of Beijing, and the guide recommended a very good local restaurant, also suggesting the most typical dishes. Highly recommended!

Tour guide's English was ok and quite understandable. He's also helpful and friendly. The website did not mention extra cost in the dragon boat ride into the summer palace.

the guide tour operator was 1 hour late. although he is a nice person, his English was poor, therefore very difficult to understand him.
tried to contact viator for confirmation the day before our trip but without success.
awful experience. I would strongly recommend you do not use viator, they are very unprofessional. it is just waste of money.

This was by far the best tour I have ever been on and that says a lot because I have traveled on 5 continents.
The guide Roy was unbelievable. We were 8 people that really got along from 4 different countries. He was so accommodating that he managed to work in an extra stop at the Olympic Stadium which was missed on the tour from hell that it was supposed to be on so I was really happy. Everything was to perfection. If I went back to Beijing I would request this tour company to take a tour with. So professional and I can't say enough good things about them.
