Summer Palace (Yiheyuan)
Your private guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel in the morning. Start your first activity for today: Panda Viewing: Pandas are most active in the morning as they are more energetic after a night's rest. These adorable black - and - white creatures are national treasures of China. You will see them munching on bamboo, climbing trees, or playing around. The guide will introduce you to different aspects of pandas, such as their diet which mainly consists of bamboo, their unique breeding habits, and their significance in Chinese culture.
Hall of Benevolence and Longevity
Next, head to the Summer Palace. The transfer takes approximately 20 minutes. Enter the Summer Palace through the East Palace Gate. This is the main entrance of the palace. The guide will explain the historical significance of the gate and the grandeur of the imperial architecture. Walk to the Hall of Benevolence and Longevity. This was the place where the Empress Dowager Cixi and Emperor Guangxu held court and handled state affairs. The guide will tell you about the important events that took place here and introduce the furniture and decorations in the hall, which reflect the imperial style of that time.

Susie had a wealth of knowledgeable and knew all the best spots, we couldn't have asked for a better guide. The driver was fantastic too, extremely friendly and accommodating. 5 out of 5.

5.00Spent an enjoyable day visiting Mu Tian Yu & Summer Palace. Our guide Lisa Chen and our driver Mr Zhang was very nice and friendly. Highly recommend the chair lift and toboggan rides at Mu Tian Yu, it is not too scary and fun. They brought us to a local place for lunch after our visit to Mu Tian Yu. Food was very tasty and the environment was clean. We also learnt of many historical information throughout our ride. Highly recommend this for anyone who wants a comfortable way to travel.

5.00Spent a great day visiting the key sites of Beijing - Mu Tian Yu & Summer Palace. Our guide Lisa Chen and driver Mr Zhang was great, they arrived early to make sure we depart on time. Throughout the journey Lisa shared many interesting information from the past. The cable lift and toboggan down was fun. They brought us to a local place for lunch, food was great. Will highly recommend this private tour to anyone who wants to travel in comfort while visiting the sites of Beijing.

5.00Great Tour with a lot of explanations thanks to our Tour Guide Lisa Chen regarding our Tour to the Great Wall at Mutianyu. Also thanks to our driver Mr Xie for bringing us safely to the Wall and back to our Hotel. Even if the weather was not that good, it is a great experiance and wie can highly recommend it with this Agency.

5.00Lisa and our driver Mr. Lee were absolutely the best ever. We started the tour at the Temple of Heaven and Lisa was so knowledgeable and informative. Unfortunately my husband suffered a medical emergency. Lisa and Lee took us to the hospital and stayed with us the entire day, helping get thru the system and interpreting. I cannot praise them enough. They are both so kind and considerate. I would recommend them to everyone without hesitation.

5.00Had a great day with my private guide Cindy! She confirmed pick-up time and address of my hotel the evening before and was already waiting for me when I got down to the lobby the morning itself. Cindy knows a lot of details about many topics and, being of my age (we’re both of the year of the Rabbit), felt more like a friend guiding you through the city. We visited the Panda’s, Summer Palace and Temple of Heaven and ended the day with a great meal at one of Beijings many duck - restaurants. Cindy knew just the moment when the queues would be gone. After being brought back to the hotel I realized I had left my phone in the car. I sent a message to Cindy (note to my fellow Europeans: download WeChat! Its so much faster and more versatile than Whatsapp) and the driver came back immediately, despite the busy traffic during the national holiday week.
