We did the olive oil manufacturing tour and it was quite an experience! The visit lasts approximately one and a half to two hours, during which time the entire process of making the oil, from the arrival of the olives to the final product, is covered. The guide that accompanied us was excellent: he had a lot of knowledge and knew how to explain everything very clearly and enjoyably, which made the tour very interesting even for those who did not know much about the subject. The facilities are very well organized and modern and at the end of the tour, there is an oil tasting where you learn details about how to distinguish a good oil and appreciate its nuances. They also have a shop where you can buy high quality products, perfect for carrying a souvenir or gift. A highly recommended experience for those who want to know more about the world of olive oil and value handmade and well-crafted products.

Visit that you cannot miss. Laura, your guide, explains the whole process of making the oil, from its collection until it reaches the table, while you see all the facilities of the mill and everything in a simple and enjoyable way. At the end you make a tasting/explanation of various types of oil that are made there.

The visit to the oil factory, explanation of the process and subsequent tasting is mandatory if you are in the area. It is really interesting to know the process first hand, explained by Laura, a passionate and great connoisseur of EVOO.

Both the facilities and the spectacular scenery. I try 10 , the explanations simple and very enjoyable. The person who attended us incredible in knowledge and passion in what he does and that is rating when transmitting. At no time pending the time of the visit that lasted an hour longer than planned was spent flying.
