    We took this tour in Pisa with our two children. The tour lasts about an hour and the guide was very informative and kind. A great way to visite the city highlights and learn about the history! I would definitely recommend this activity!

    There are 2 bus routes one is about 2 hours the other is about an hour, so you need time to do both and get off and on at different stops. Probably not enough time to do both if you are on a day trip.

    Bus locations are very difficult to find. The signs need to be higher and be visible. Most of the signs were posted 5 feet off the ground and were covered in stickers and were not visible. Lost hours of time and was not worth what I paid I only got to take two stops.

    There is a lot of flexiblity touring Florence, get off for a while and then hop back on. The drivers are very experienced and get you into some very interesting spots.
