We paid in the US online. When we got to Milan your system wouldn’t let us pull up the tickets. The system took us to a customer review page wanting to know how much we enjoyed the experience. No one would/could help us so we paid a second time to ride the bus.

There are many routes available. HOHO bus is an excellent way to get your bearings of Milan and then explore the city.
What a Disaster of a Tour

What a cluster F* We have done these type tours in other cities. They have gone well. Despite some bad reviews we decided to try it. That was a mistake. The audio used on the bus was terrible. You are able to plug in ear buds they give you and pick your language. However, the day we used it the audio was mixed between two different languages which made it hard to hear. In addition, the audio track was not lynched properly at the start and then repeated itself, again in the wrong spot. So not a great start, and then we had to do an emergency detour due to Liberation Day in Italy closing roads. I get it, not their fault. In effort to get back on track doe to the detour, our driver got stuck on a small side street and needed help getting the bus back onto a larger street. We ended up sitting at a stop for 20 minutes while they figure out what to do. What a mess. Total Fail!
Worth it ! Go for it !

All the workers were extra helpful and nice. The routes were interesting and took you to places. Easy on and off .
