1.00Horrible horrible horrible! This tour was cancelled on the day of the tour. I chatted with the tour operator, who was hard to understand and not helpful. Basically, we would have had to stand in a long line & pay to enter one of the sites. I have used Viator many times - this may be the last time!

2.00The colosseum itself was very cool but accessing our tickets and audio guide was a nightmare. I never received my tickets or audio guide link and only found them when I gave up searching and tried to contact to tour operator. All of a sudden, they popped up. We didn’t know we needed to download the MyColosseum app so we wasted slot of time trying to download apps without access to WiFi. We also didn’t know to bring our own wireless headphones with us and only 2 of us could get the App to work properly. Also, one of our party has a hearing aid and was one that couldn’t get the location to recognize so he had to manually play audio but it wouldn’t connect so he was forced to read along and not enjoy the sights as much.

5.00I came here before, so that's why I only needed entrance this time. Otherwise, I recommend tours to visit these sites to get the full experience. Also, take your time and water.
