Learn how to cook delicious Sicilian specialties in a family atmosphere, a few steps from the beach and the sea, with a professional Chef.

We will make your holiday in Sicily unforgettable thanks to the flavors and aromas of our splendid land. You will taste a thousand of ingredients wisely mixed together so as to never create monotony and you will discover new flavors through rich dishes with a scent of sea, almond, ricotta or even oil, earth, life, of something good.

Discover Sicily in its unique flavors, from Pachino cherry tomatoes to the pistachio of Bronte, a town located at the base of Etna volcano. I will delight you with the taste of aubergines while you prepare a plate of pasta “alla norma”, and discover the flavors of our sea through fresh fish from the local market, and flavored with spices such as capers from the Aeolian Islands and olives born from the fertile volcanic land.

My husband and I did this experience with another couple and it was fantastic! I perfect Italian experience where we learned to cook some delicious food and the history behind some popular Italian dishes! I would recommend if you are booking with a group to put it under one reservation because we did that, they sat us at our own private table with our friends! We cooked with the whole group which was fun but also got to enjoy just being with our friends for some of the experience. I had a food allergy to eggplant which I mentioned in my booking. Mimmo and his fam accommodated me and cooked some of the dishes special for me omitting the eggplant. We had a wonderful time cooking with Mimmo and his family! My husband who hates cooking even enjoyed himself!

Fun cooking class with chef Mimmo and his Mom ! You cook in his restaurant right by the oceanfront . Lots of fun and we learned a lot about making pasta and fish. We met a lot of very nice people from all over the world and the USA . Food and wine was great . I would highly recommend this class .

We had a great time! We learned a lot and Chef Mimmo was great as well. Learned how to make a few pasta shapes, some sauces and pesto, then we ate everything we made! Definitely recommend!

We had so much fun! The market in Taormina was very interesting to see and we had a seemless ride from Taormina to Giardini Naxos where the restaurant was located. Chef Mimmo is fantastic, as is his mom, brother in law and all of the servers. They were very attentive and taught us a lot. The recipes were delicious and Chef shared them with us.
