With the help of a diplomaed pastry chef, you will discover all the secrets of the famous French croissants and pains au chocolat.
During our time together you will be the chef! You will make the dough from scratch, do the lamination, watch the rising of the croissants and bake them.
In the intimacy of a traditional haussmannian Parisian apartment, you will become a real croissant connoisseur.
You will taste delicious pastries and leave with all of your wonderful creations and instructions to repeat the recipe at home.
You will also receive advice on your Parisian trip: what to do, where to shop and eat and more importantly, where to enjoy good pastries.

5.00My cousin and I really enjoyed this class! Joannie was a lovely hostess and an excellent teacher. We really enjoyed the intimate and comfortable setting in an old Parisian building (beautiful!). A highlight was meeting the sweetest kitty there, as well. We successfully made delicious croissants and pains au chocolat and we look forward to trying it on our own soon. Highly recommend!

5.00This was a wonderful experience! Chef Joannie was a fantastic host, a good teacher, and a lovely person! She was very thorough in her lessons, and sent us the recipe for her delicious croissant and pan au chocolate. My husband, two teenage children and I enjoyed this experience very much!

4.00The venue was easy to find and Joannie was knowledgeable and confident in explaining how to make croissants and pain au chocolates which we made. We had free water and madeleine cakes which she had made. Her cat was adorable. However, we weren’t offered tea or coffee and there were 5 of us, so it would have been lovely to have had a bag of croissants each to take away with us, rather than all put into 3 bags. Overall the experience was lovely but overpriced in my opinion.
